Crew

Having a crew that you can depend on is crucial for every aspect of a successful yachting experience. At BSY we source and match an ideal crew personalized to your individual needs. In addition to selection and pairing, we are also able to provide crew training.

About Us

BSY is owned and operated by three brothers born and raised in Split, Croatia. Our dream began in 2008 when we decided to merge our love and passion for boats and create the possibility of yachting not solely as a hobby, but as a way of life. In 2014 we took an important step forward with the purchase of our first yachts, and establishment of our own charter company.

Through personal care and devotion to our own boats, we further developed not only our expertise, but also a complete understanding of the extensive needs of yacht owners. As we continue to grow, our vision is to continue development and expansion into an elite management company, providing the upmost care and excellence without compromising on quality or standards.
